These terms describe the initial use of the OrigenCuba platform to request shipping labels.
Quotes
Displayed rates are estimates. Price and availability may change after validating addresses, dimensions, weight, and carrier rules.
Approval
Submitting a request does not purchase a label. An authorized worker reviews the information and approves or rejects the request.
Package information
Users must accurately declare dimensions, weight, contents, and addresses. Differences found by a carrier may cause adjustments or rejection.
Voids and refunds
Only eligible, unused labels may be voided. Timelines and final decisions depend on the carrier.
